Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will bring structure to complexity and predictability to innovation. This is not a reporting role. This is not task administration. This is a senior execution leader who ensures that ambitious product plans translate into coordinated, realistic, and deliverable programs.
You will be the person who sees the whole system, connects the moving parts, and makes sure everything works together.

What You Will Own

• You will own execution across complex hardware and software development initiatives from concept through launch.
• Translate product strategy into structured, dependency driven execution plans.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules across hardware, firmware, cloud, validation, suppliers, and manufacturing.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation before they become blockers.
• Align engineering capacity with product ambition.
• Lead planning and decision forums that resolve issues instead of documenting them.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into what will ship, when, and why.
• Increase delivery predictability without slowing innovation.

Within your first year, development efforts are coordinated instead of fragmented. Dependencies are visible and actively managed. Surprises are reduced. Engineering teams feel supported rather than burdened. Leadership has confidence in delivery commitments.

Required Experience and Skills

• Seven or more years of experience in technical program, engineering program, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven track record coordinating cross functional hardware and software programs.
• Strong technical literacy. You do not need to write code, but you can read it, understand architecture, and engage meaningfully with engineers.
• Excellent communicator and influencer who can drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience identifying and managing cross team dependencies and execution risk.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and French is required.
 
Nice to Have
• Experience with connected embedded systems, IoT, manufacturing programs, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and modern delivery tooling.
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance driven development cycles.
