Senior Systems Solutions Specialist (Video, Cloud and Integrations)

You will operate at the intersection of systems integration, technical problem solving, customer success, and product improvement, helping real deployments succeed and bringing real-world insight back into the company.

This is a hands-on systems role where you help technology succeed in the real world, not a traditional help desk role.

What You Will Do

• Own complex technical investigations through to solution
• Work directly with system integrators, partners, and occasional end customers
• Troubleshoot across networking, video, cloud, and hardware layers
• Build and maintain lab environments that reflect real deployment scenarios
• Create high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, deployment playbooks, and occasional short instructional videos
• Automate or script solutions for recurring technical patterns
• Participate in integration and release testing to validate product behavior
• Serve as the voice of the field, providing insight to Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps

This role blends technical investigation, documentation excellence, lab work, systems integration, and customer enablement.

Who You Are

• 5 or more years in a technical support, systems, integration, or solutions role
• Strong troubleshooting ability across software, networking, and hardware
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear guides and visual explanations
• Comfortable operating and maintaining technical lab setups
• Curious, analytical, and motivated to understand systems deeply
• Bilingual in English and French

Bonus experience with:

• IP video platforms such as Genetec or Milestone
• TCP/IP, multicast, and packet analysis
• Automation or scripting
• Hybrid cloud and on-prem architectures
